Tyson Schnitker

Tyson Schnitker has been an active member of ZOOM since the year 2000. His current Z (purchased in 2003) is a 1981 280ZX Turbo that he converted from a automatic transmission to a 5 speed. Over the years he has owned a few 280Zs, 280ZXs and a 300ZX.

His current mods are:

• 5 speed transmission
• 3.9 differential
• High performance springs and struts with polyurethane bushings
• Merkur XR4TI injectors on a custom fuel rail
• Aftermarket boost controller
• 3" mandrel bent exhaust

Tyson enjoys many forms of motorsports including autocross, rallycross and drag racing.
